      • Then build process & logistic database & improvment ideas

      • To write the target MIFD (external & internal) macro then micro validation

  3. Then finalize the factory conception

      • Starting from the production lines (workstations, conveyors & flowracks)

      • Then internal logistics (flowrack, material delivery, supermarket/material preparation)

      • Then external logistics (up & downstream)

      • Finalize it by the lay out

  4. Time to start the realization (all steps to be conducted simultaneously)
