WHAT
The DMW is a network of passionated manufacturers.
They contribute together to describes and use the "managerial and organizational system" leading to continuous improvement and performance of a plant.
The system is based on providing the sense, associated best practices and learning offer accessible to all.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DMW Project Leader

Animate the pace of the project

Coordinate & time the actions of the different actors.

Advice the leaders for adjusting the project to the situation.

I federate around the project (build communication plan)

Coordinate ressources (leader/factory managers/referent)

Clarify roles & responsibilities of the network

I guarantee coherency between each modules

I ensure reliability of tools for capitalization (platform, G+)

I realize regular steering committee for the project

I organize dmw seminars to connect people

Ensure the analytics about platform
(Decathlon) Factory leaders

Ambassadors of the Project = Givers + Takers - Give the sense to all (clear the why)

Inspire your team thanks to your engagement and concrete actions driven on the field

Define the long-term objectives and allocate the right resources & skills for driving the project

Make strategic decisions to secure the good realization of your transformation project
