WHAT

The DMW is a network of passionated manufacturers.


They contribute together to describes and use the "managerial and organizational system" leading to continuous improvement and performance of a plant.
 

The system is based on providing the sense, associated best practices and learning offer accessible to all.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DMW Project Leader

  • Animate the pace of the project

  • Coordinate & time the actions of the different actors.

  • Advice the leaders for adjusting the project to the situation.

  • I federate around the project (build communication plan)

  • Coordinate ressources (leader/factory managers/referent)

  • Clarify roles & responsibilities of the network

  • I guarantee coherency between each modules

  • I ensure reliability of tools for capitalization (platform, G+)

  • I realize regular steering committee for the project

  • I organize dmw seminars to connect people

  • Ensure the analytics about platform

(Decathlon) Factory leaders

 

  • Ambassadors of the Project = Givers + Takers - Give the sense to all (clear the why)

  • Inspire your team thanks to your engagement and concrete actions driven on the field

  • Define the long-term objectives and allocate the right resources & skills for driving the project

  • Make strategic decisions to secure the good realization of your transformation project

  • I integrate dmw as pilar of my factory project.

  • I guarantee the application of the dmw in my factory.

  • I co-build with leader the dmw content, I can participate as referent when needed.

  • I guarantee the coherency of the content

  • I organize the dmw offer for my factory and deploy this offer

  • I organize my team to share frequently good practices

  • I participate to dmw seminars

  • I organize & progress on all assessments (Opex, Qual, SSE, HRP, process...)

  • Deploy the dmw to partners

DMW Referents

  • Referent of one topic or module in my factory

  • I bring my expertise to the project.

  • I support leader to the formalization of DMW topics.

  • I support leader for creation of learning offer

  • I apply the dmw on my field.

  • I propose good practices from my perimeter.

  • I am expert in my module (cf. assessment knowledge)

  • I use dmw everyday & challenge the content & network

  • With my factory manager I develop my factory

DMW Skill leaders

  • Give the sense to all (clear the why)

  • Leader of one module (HRP / Supply / Purchase / Indus / Quality / CI / Skill Management / HR)

  • I represent all the Decathlon factories concerning my module (worlwilde perimeter)

  • I co-identify dmw referents on my module for the network

  • I build the dmw structure for my module ensuring strong coherency with competencies.

  • I formalize a clear sense about what mean my module for manufacturing field.

  • I define and co-write with referents the dmw content = Sense (respecting dmw process).

  • I ensure reliability & accessibility of the information on the platform.

  • I connect each item to assessment to be able to evaluate it.

  • I challenge the network to obtain good practices from everywhere (G+ or others).

  • I co-validate & capitalize best practices on the platform.

  • I develop with factories a coherent & complementary learning offer with sessions available.

  • I deploy learnings among the network.

  • With factory managers I follow the progress of decathlon factories on my module.

  • I communicate actively with the network.

  • I participate to processus hub manager meetings.
