WHAT

The job description refers to a field vision. It is a tool that will follow the evolution of the organization. The job description is an essential element for the preparation of individual interviews. It allows the assessor to rely on tangible elements to evaluate in particular the holding of objectives in relation to the requirements of the position, technical skills, social skills and life skills of the employee. During the job interview, job description determines the criteria by which the professional value of the employee is appreciated. The job description is not "frozen". It must be updated at each evolution of the profession or context.

TEAM LEADER JOB (NON HIERARCHICAL)

The Main objective of a team Leader in our organization is to transforming a passion brand product & to coordinate a production team ensuring the best cost / quality / flexibility safely.

LINE LEADER JOB

Animate a production line guaranteeing the best cost / quality / flexibility safely.

EXAMPLE OF ROLE = MANAGER ON DUTY

I am ON DUTY by ensuring the security of the building and guaranteeing the operation of the activity.

  • I guarantee the opening or closure of the site, I make sure that there is a good start / stop of the facilities.

  • I ensure that employees work in a secure building.

  • I guarantee the start of the activity on the entire plant

  • As long as I am on duty I manage the operation of the site (entrance / exit of the staff and outside contractors, waste management, communication with the security service …)

  • I know where they are and I know how to use all technical systems of the building (Water cutoff valve, Gas shut-off valve, to cut electricity system)

  • I oversee the rescues in case of injury & accident or in case of fire.

  • I know my role in an evacuation procedure and guaranteed the smooth running of the evacuation.
