1. LEARN BY YOURSELF & CHALLENGE YOUR WAY OF DOING
Vision gives meaning, direction, purpose. A shared vision, provide energy and autonomy for each teammates. It allows each to project himself, to be inspired and to take actions and decisions with more autonomy. Set in a collaborative mode, it puts every teammate in action. It will insure that each teammates can understand his contribution toward the vision.
For the VISION process, first prepare the team for reflection by collecting ideas involving everyone (teammates, stakeholders & customers).

It is an ambitious and desirable representation of a future state radically preferable to the current state. The vision can be brought to be changed to adapt to the conjunctural and internal circumstances while the purpose remains the same.
The VISION process consists in the set of a common dream (with concrete objectives) for the factory in the coming years.

As soon as the vision is defined, teams have to build clear Strategies, tactics and operations aligned with the vision (1st step towards it).

Then realize collaborative Workshops to create 10 years convictions. The top management, finalize the A4 vision (participative process). Everyone in the factory should be involved thanks to a cascading process. The leader is the factory manager.
