BENCHMARK
LEARN TO COPY AND THEN IMPROVE ON IT
1. LEARN BY YOURSELF & CHALLENGE YOUR WAY OF DOING
WHY

We use benchmark as a methodology to search constantly for the best practices to adopt, or adapt their positive aspects and implement to progress and become "the best of the best."

“One who wants to improve is to be measured, one who wants to be the best has to compare” Robert C. Camp
HOW

-
By understanding the other and examining how they manage to do things we are not able to do, which means, of course, to begin by knowing oneself, seek what is better, recognize differences and profit to reach the goal.
-
Specifically, this research of "best practices" takes time and several approaches are possible: internal sources (other processes, other brands, magazines, publications, internal services) and external.
-
Its smooth based on respect of a "code of conduct" such as confidentiality and reciprocity of the information exchanged.
WHAT

The objective is to evolve our current situation towards a more competitive situation, whose originality is to compare companies, administrations, services or offices operating in other business areas.

Its implementation requires from us a humble state of mind. Facing the questioning of our own practices, our ability to change our openness to new ideas, creativity, innovation in application to existing procedures.
BENEFITS

-
Our benchmark leads to broaden the horizon of our plants to other industries and reduce resistance to change among our employees who are involved in the process.
-
Benchmark has an impact on the state of mind and more generally the corporate culture. It promotes openness to the outside, challenges traditional thinking patterns, challenged strength, forcing the company to reflect on its own functioning.
