HOW

  1. Examine your usage : answer to the questions : what is your compressed air costs and how much air do you need ? Using your air compressor at 100% while you need 50% : you can save the power. Generating a demand profile and quantifying the volume of air used for each application allow you to make an assessment of peaks and low demand and will identify problems

  2. Verify CFM (Cubic Feet Meter) Output : Many compressors don't produce the CFM flow which they've been rated due to problem with piston rings on reciprocating compressors and premature modulation on rotary screw compressors. Calibration help verify compressor output

  3. Reduce Pressure drops : maintain low pressure drop. The total pressure drops across system components shouldn't exceed 15 psi. If pressure loss is more than 10%, evaluate the distribution system and identify the causes of excessive pressure drops.

  4. Find and Eliminate Leaks
